Nice and clean hotel, and the staff is professional and friendly. It would be highly appreciated if the hotel can fix the laundry machine and the dryer.

Check in staff require more training
The hotel and rooms were decent and good size. Check in staff definitely need more training. We had 5 bookings with single rooms or double. Other hotels usually just provide one name and they will pull all the bookings. I basically had to take over and organize our group into single rooms or shared so that front desk staff did not get confused.

Hualian stay
We got an upgrade to a corner suite so this review is based on the upgraded room. It is a large, clean and stylish room. The breakfast was quite extensive but crowded.

Nice, spacious rooms with nice view of the mountains. Variety of breakfast spread although some didn’t taste as good. 10/10 for selection. Helpful and friendly staffs.
