"Nice enough building and room. Clean bedding and bathroom, kettle provided. The guy who checked me in (Timi?) was really friendly. However, they charge you a deposit that is not listed on the website and the whatsapp message and repeated late night calls make it sound like a scam. I received a whatsapp message at 9.30pm the day before checking in telling me to click a link and either give £100 deposit that would be refunded within two weeks or pay £3 deposit that's not refundable. "Clean and tidy. Nice breakfast with reasonable price. The most amazing point is the location which is quite near to the Brighton station and is easy access to the nearby shopping area. Plenty of food shops surrounding the hotels"

"Amazing stay with all the family, dogs and all. Peaceful, clean, smelt amazing. Very friendly, couldnt get a better location. Honestly staying in brighton couldnt be much nicer, and using the tesco clubcard vouchers really makes those family moments even better. "
