"The staff was amazing. The rooms were not clean. It looked like the sheets haven’t been changed they had stains on them. The sockets in the room weren’t working in certain areas. The frig wasn’t working. It was plugged in but was warm. The remote control barely worked and I wasn’t able to take the back off to change the batteries. It was also extremely muggy in the hallways and elevator "
