"Very disappointed with my stay. The parking fee for 2 nights was $133, which felt extremely unreasonable. When I arrived, the room smelled like someone had urinated in it. On top of that, there was no control for the AC inside the room, and it wasn’t even turned on. The room was so hot it made it hard to breathe and very uncomfortable to sleep. Definitely not worth the price or the experience."

"This is our favorite hotel in Chicago. The only thing that was different on our last trip was the parking garage next door. It is under new ownership, and they made it very difficult to leave and come back, even though we bought a three-day pass with in-and-out privileges. The management at Claridge House is aware of the situation and is working on a solution. "
