Hotel Dekat The Den Theatre

"I like that it had a balcony food choice wasn’t my type of style end up ordering food off of site but definitely had all the amenities for you to be ready for the next day. Will be staying again little bit pricey for a short weekend stay but I will definitely be coming back. Very great part of the town hope to own my own own home in this place one day."

"Very convenient to everywhere I wanted to go"

"What an absolutely remarkable place! It genuinely feels as though a beautiful piece of historic Italy has been transported into this Chicago neighborhood. The architecture, thoughtfully selected ornate decor, warmth, and attention to detail create an atmosphere that is both elegant and incredibly welcoming. This is not simply a place to stay. It is an experience. And then there is Gina! Her hospitality is in a class of its own. From preparing a wonderful breakfast to serving homemade banana...

"We had an amazing stay! The four-bedroom apartment was beautiful, spacious, extremely clean, and perfect for our trip to Chicago. Everyone had plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable, and the apartment truly felt like a home away from home. You can tell the host put a lot of thought and care into creating a welcoming space. Everything was exactly as described, and the communication and hospitality made the entire experience even better. This apartment helped make our Chicago trip...

"Great property! Very much enjoyed our stay!"

"Super clean. Super views. Super amenities. Will stay again."

"What a fun and unique stay… a condo where non-sold units are rented. Spotlessly clean, think never lived in (but had been occupied), digital security to maximize safety at all times, located in a hip and vibrant River North neighborhood - lovely restaurants/bars, spas, shopping, etc. On-site parking, staff most helpful (love Joy - the evening auditor). The amenities including gym, rooftop gathering and more….slept like a rock with the bedroom windows open to the balcony….little noise. A perfect...

"The stay was everything I love the view and peaceful. Thank you"

"Location was convenient. Located in a safe area where everything was walkable or close to subway entrance. Good local restaurants and shopping."

"I loved this place it was in a great location and the property itself was beautiful and very well maintained. Parking was an issue but I found a spot not even half a mile down the road so overall wasn't a big issue. If I'm ever back in Chicago I would definitely stay here again."

"Nice clean room and easy grab and go breakfast"

"The room and location are good for the price. However, this hotel is right next to a train track and the hotel insulation is not good. Therefore you will hear train noise all night long… I couldn’t have a good sleep while I was there."
