"I went on this trip to perform surgery on the city but I choose this hotel because was close to the clinic. Hotel ok but the staff was not so friendly. They treat my self like I was some kind of old lady and they assimilate tbsf I was talking nonsense. But this is normal in Brazil people don’t have a sense of self respect and they act like they don’t care. After I living out of Brazil more than 30 years I was disappointed that nothing has changed no matter what they do and one employee can make all the others look terrible. All they care is charging every thing even if you breathe. No courtesy and nothing special about this place . "
