This is a very nice property with a few real inconveniences in the rooms themselves: there is no coffee machine or water heater to make hot beverages (rather unusual for a "4-star" hotel; neither are tissues provided in rooms. The breakfast is quite good; the front desk staff is excellent. The property is within walking distance of Parque Prefeito Luis Roberto Jabali, with fine trails and good birding (which I enjoyed immensely). The Italian restaurant across the street is among the finest I have encountered---an added benefit to staying here.

Tive um pequeno problema com a reserva no check in, mas foi prontamente solucionado e, a partir de então, só elogios ao atendimento, tanto da recepção como da gerência. A manutenção no quarto é que deve ser melhor pensada, mas já fiz esta estas observações em relação às tomadas do quarto (algumas não funcionaram) e à descarga do vaso sanitário em avaliação anterior.

Posso dizer que foi o melhor café da manhã que eu já tive, já fiquei em vários hotéis, hostels, e vários tipos de hospedagem, mas esse café da manhã é mega Premium, incrível. Quanto ao quarto também achei ótimo, limpo, tudo em seu devido lugar. Me estranhei um pouco com as meninas da recepção, por ter questionado a cobrança do estacionamento, é a primeira vez que eu fico em um hotel que a propriedade cobra para o próprio hóspede estacionar o carro, não acho isso comum, mas enfim, tirando essa parte desagradável, foi tudo perfeito.

Hotel Precisando de reforma.

Hotel com boa estrutura mais precisando de um reforma. Colchão gasto com mola quebrada, banheiro precisando de reforma pois está com rejuntes e box com mofo e o chão desgastado. Café da manhã muito bom porém faltando uma coalhada ou iorgute natural para comer com os cereais . Fui solicitar a atendente para sair às 13:00 a mesma negou dizendo que estavam cheio de late check out, o que deu a parecer que meu dinheiro é diferente dos outros hóspedes . Se pode para uns porque não pode para outro?
