"The entire staff was very welcoming and accommodating from the moment we walked in.
Our room was very nice, beds were comfortable, the bathroom had every amenity you could possibly need.
The buffet breakfast had scrambled eggs, 2 different types of hashbrowns, link sausage, biscuits & gravy, cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, 4 different kinds of juices, a variety of teas abd coffees. The restaurant/bar served all types of drinks & cocktails along with providing a vast menu.
Parking was convenient. You can park in their garage for a daily fee or park nearby on the street free.
The Hotel Hot Springs is in a great location, with the Convention Center attached, as well local restaurants with in a block of the hotel for an easy 2 minute walk.
I woukd highly recommend The Hotel Hot Springs."
"I stayed at the property for the first time this past weekend, and it was an amazingly perfect and peaceful getaway!!! I had a few little hiccups but nothing that i care to mention because the office staff took such good care of any accommodations or issues that i had! I love this place and it is now my new “Getaway Spot” ❤️"
"Clean room. Felt safe. I didn’t eat breakfast or use any amenities, but I was there for Hot Springs National Park and appreciated how close it was without being downtown. I’m sure if there was a race occurring, it would be more crowded."
"In the past 3 days of our trip, we have visited 3 different places to stay, and I will give 5 ***** for several reasons to begin with: front desk associate - perfect to excellent; room - spacious, super clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, everything was working perfectly. The bar was a bit pricey, but it has a great selection. I am a member of Meriot Bonvoy and had the same experience before at different places in the US and in Europe. Do I recommend it? Yeah, by all means, should I come back to the place here in Hot Spring - withoout any discussions. The location is great it depends on where you would llike to go and what to do."
