"It was at the end of the board walk so it was a little quiet, yet very close to walk to stores and activities. The property was clean. I wish there was someone at the front desk because we needed somethings but couldn't catch anyone at the front desk to ask. "

"DON’T STAY THERE!!!. I felt like we were in the ghetto. Neither the indoor/ outdoor pool or the hot tub were in service. The building that houses them looked like it was condemned. There was trash everywhere and sketchy people loitering all around the property. Some looked homeless. Some looked like hookers. Inside the common areas of the building and the rooms was even more concerning. There was mold, dead roaches, crumbs and sticky surfaces everywhere. Urine stains all around the toilet...

"The elevators were the worst issue getting one was always busy! Will say that the security seemed to be on top of things and keeping the riff raff in line on the parking deck! Like to say they handled that issue really well"

"The Penthouse was absolutely beautiful. The accommodations such as floor plan, comfort and booking process was 5 🌟s. We were a family of eight adults who had plenty of space with a perfect ocean view. Everything we needed was there. Garage parking with security 24/7 was icing on a perfect cake. The executive booking staff was very professional, friendly and patience. The ‘evening’ security guy was professional, helpful with recommendations and most importantly friendly. "We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Accomodating host with instant response to our questions. The pool was a plus too and was used more than the beach. Loved it all!"
