The unit was clean, complete with everything we need; towels, linen, beach towels. They left a gift basket with lots of goodies! The sarong is beautiful! That was a really great touch 👌👌👌 The unit is next to the laundry room so it was convenient doing laundry. It’s close to the beach, lots of great, must-visit stores, restaurants and cafes nearby. Safe. I enjoyed my stay! I won’t hesitate to recommend it. Thanks 🙏 🙏

The room was okay but could not get rid of smell from the closet. The air conditioner was old and loud, but the location was very good - walkable to the beach and restaurants. Amenity was insufficient so we asked more but only 2 small shampoo bottle for 3 of us for 7 days. It would have been better if they can provide more than one day worth of shampoo.

The hallways were a little plain, but clean. Our room was wonderful. It had the kitchen and living area and a fun balcony to sit on and eat. Our bedroom was beautiful. We went for a couple get away, and so enjoyed the room to ourselves. If you were going to share this with 2 other people know the sliding door between the bedroom and couch is not totally private or sound proof. We could walk to the beach and found several restaurants to enjoy a meal and see the beautiful scenery. Our room even had 2 beach chairs and a boggy board to enjoy.

Great budget value. Dont expect the ritz, but its everything you need in a great location. They could have had better cookware, the pots they had didnt work on a flattop range. Also, the extra sheets in the closet didnt fit the murphy bed. Little touches like that could go a long way to offset the dated decor, but overall I was very comfortable there.

We liked the room because it was updated and very clean. The kitchen space was very useful. However the common areas of the Aston Banyan Hotel was starting to show its age. We like the Waikiki area but it was noisier than we remember from a few years ago. Maybe we are just getting older 😆

古いが良い環境のお部屋でした。

初めて宿泊しました。 5年前に、近辺にあるアストンワイキキサンセットも利用したことがあり、コンドミニアムの部屋の広さが楽しくて、人気のバニヤンワイキキを半年前に予約してみました。 大変なのは、宿泊予約をしてからチェックインまで全て現地と英語のやりとりになります。 細かくチェックインまでメールで何度もやり取りしました。 チェックイン方法も無人なので着いたら自身でタワーのエレベータに乗り部屋のキー番号を事前にメールでやり取りして入力→チェックイン後に英語でチェックインしたことを報告しなければなりません。 抵抗がなければチャレンジしても良いと思います。 お部屋の写真がホームページからも確認できるので事前に部屋をチェックしてから予約するのをおすすめします。 私はタワー2の7階0710でした。 2人なのでキングサイズベッド、リビングルーム、バスルームと十分な広さでした。 景色はプールとBBQ場なので、微妙でしたが連日昼間はずっと出かけてたので気になりませんでした。 クヒオの方なのでワイキキと違い夜は静かです。 タオルは十分な枚数が用意され、料理をするにも問題ない物が全て用意されています。 ほとんど部屋で料理はしてませんでしたが、ご家族で食費を節約したい場合は料理をするのも良いと思います。 冷蔵庫はとても大きいので、買い出ししたものをしっかり収納できます。 近くにはあまり良いスーパーはありませんが、ミツワスーパーという日本のものが売っているスーパーが徒歩15分ほどのところにあります。 レンタカーを、利用していたら、ホールフーズマーケットなどで、遠方ですが一回だけしっかり買い出しするのも良いと思います。　 お部屋のクリーニングは勿論ありませんので、私は宿泊４日間のうち2回部屋にある掃除機で朝は気になるところを掃除して、期間中心地よく過ごせるように綺麗に部屋を使うよう心がけていました。 インテリアはバンブー素材やハワイらしい家具が配置されておりとっても可愛かったのですが、ソファが古く…汗臭い匂いがついててほとんど座らなかったです。仕方ないのですが布地のソファはやめて欲しいと思いました。 レザーソファがあったので、それを使うようにしてました。 各フロアにコインランドリーがあります。 洗濯一回2ドル25セント。同じく乾燥機で2ドル25セント。小銭は25セントしか使えないので、全部でトータル20枚必要になります。 25セントを事前にたくさん準備をしておくことをお奨めします。 無ければ1ドル札をフロントでお願いすれば両替してもらえますが、用意がないと言われることもありました。 何かあっても基本的にはフロントに1〜2枚人が居ますが英語でしか対応ができません。その点はご留意しておく事が大事です。 クヒオのビーチまでは徒歩3分程度。 ワイキキビーチと違い、防波堤が付いた遠浅のビーチが何ブロックかに分かれてて、日本人が少ないビーチです。 私はワイキキがうるさくて日本人が多いので、ほとんどクヒオのビーチに居ました。 少し足を伸ばしてマラカイビーチまで行くと更に日本人はいなくて、小さいですが素敵なビーチだったのでお散歩がてら30分ほど歩いてマラカイまで行ってみるのもオススメです。 部屋のレベル、宿泊費は満足です。

Everything was great! We have been at 31st floor with beautifull view of ocean and Diamond head. All apartment was clean, neat and there is a lot of stuff to feel like home. Also they welcomed us with a lot of gifts we liked. Building has free parking for guests and it is also close to everything on Waikiki. Huge recomendation!

I didn't like the elevator's we're out of order or they were doing maintenance on them. I didn't like families and children under 2 in hot tub, there was never any availability for others to go in. No real presence of any one monitoring the area to enforce rules. Rooms are old and not up to date for price. Bed is not secure ,pushes away when you try to sit up in bed. .

Only 1 block from beach, location was perfect, a room we stayed had ocean and diamondhead view that was amazing! Room was big enough for 2 kids and 2 adults. Kitchen had almost everything what we needed, especially I appreciated that had kitchen towels and dish soap, even laundry detergent ( for 1 load). At Table, we found welcome letter on card and some goodies was so thoughtful. Even bottle of waters. Pool and tub was fun and relax after beach. Everything was so great to stay, we definitely would come back to Waikiki Banyan next year.

Our particular unit had a wonderful lanai with an incredible mountain view. The overall space and amenities in the unit were nice, and the bed was comfortable. I was only disappointed with the wear and tear inside the unit in general. The carpeting in the bedroom had an extremely dirty appearance, due to its light color and age/wear & tear. The wood trim around the separation of the bedroom and living areas was heavily banged-up, gouged, and worn. We also found a towel hook with a missing ring in the bathroom, and had the toilet paper holder come loose and fall off during our stay. The shower doors also did not slide and close properly. The TV screen was filthy and had finger smears on it as well. Otherwise, the furnishings (bed, sofa, table & chairs, air conditioning, and refrigerator) were all in good order. We thoroughly enjoyed the location, which is close to the beach, many dining options, shopping, etc.

The place was roomy and very clean with ample supply of towels. There were cooking utensils and kitchen supplies available. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay, but the floors were pretty dirty and the communication was not very reliable. Took about 48 hours to get one of the non-working keys replaced, and they never answered one other question I had.

Wedding vacation

The bed is too soft. Sofa bed needs a thicker mattress. Other then that, its was a good vacation. Staff was there when you needed them.

Family Christmas Trip

we enjoyed staying 1 block from the beach and 1 block from the Catholic Church. It was convenient to a variety of restaurants. We had a comfortable bed and easy check in and check out
