Our stay was very good this time! The hotel is located around plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff was very prompt and friendly, willing to cater to our needs. Definitely would stay again.

I feel quite conflicted by my stay at the Hyatt Centric. The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly. The room size was great - there was lots of space, but it was very dark with only 1 window, little interior lighting and no view. Bathroom / Shower was big and spacious. The hotel advertises a pool, but this is false advertising. You cant swim in it as it is only about a foot deep and should be called a puddle not a pool. The hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants and the area has a good vibe. Probably more ideal for an overnight stay than the 7 nights we spent there.

The hotel was close to everything. Very convenient. I didn't like the parking fees and resort fees. Parking is too expensive and I didn't really use the resort, I was out everyday. I did appreciate the staff decorating my room for my daughter's birthday.

If you stay here, DO NOT get a room on the Kuhio side of the hotel, it is very very noisy even from the 20th top floor. There is a loser club bar nearby that opens from 10p to 4a and all of immoral loud drunks will keep you from sleeping. Also be aware the room doors are all hard slamming, you will hear it all night long.

The hotel use paper cup and create a lot of plastic bottles. Common area is really sad, nothing like showing on the web site.

Great central boutique hotel
Great location. Walkable to lots of food, shopping and the beach. Towel and beach chair amenities available for the beach. Friendly staff, clean room. A little noise if facing the street. We stayed mostly on the weekdays so not as loud but still can hear music and road noise.

Pros: Very safe hotel and staff are super helpful and courteous! 0ur cleaning lady was fantastic-we will miss her bright smile and generous heart. Location -super close to everything .Lawn chairs and beach towels for every day was a huge asset for the beach. That was very helpful. Cons: lobby on 8th floor so ground entrance level is blah! No curb appeal for a Hyatt hotel. That could easily be fixed. Pool area -fun hot tub (though) shallow and loungers but some cushions are starting to see better days . Fire should be lit every night in December -no lounge area open which was disappointing as such a nice lobby area and eating area to enjoy. Overall we had a great stay ! I just would rate it a 3 and a half star hotel not 4 as some furniture in our room and pool getting beat up a bit and dated. We have stayed in many Hyatt hotels else where that is why we chose this one -top quality is usually their logo- location though is 9/10! A clean hotel too. Enjoy!

Great location, 1.5 blocks to the beach. My dissapointment was that the restaurant its been closed since Covid and the bar. But everything is around the corner, that makes the whole difference, also the Manager came to see me with free snacks, wine and drinks, to accomodate. That was a great Gesture,. Enjoyed the hot tub outside, beautiful.
