"Great location. Book a room with a view to the harbor. It is nice. Staffs are nice. Spa is wonderful but the men steam room is down at the moment."

"I stayed in Room 608. The air conditioner would not stop running and made the room extremely cold. Even after trying to adjust the temperature myself, it kept blowing cold air. It was uncomfortable, especially at night, and affected my sleep. The hotel should inspect and repair the air conditioning system. Overall, my stay was okay, but this issue is why I’m giving 3 out of 5 stars"
