"We stayed here on a stop over but it was fabulous. Truly Disney magical and the kids loved it. Every detail is thoughtfully executed, the staff are helpful and lovely. Its very easy to get to Disneyland via shuttle."

"Great place to stay when visiting HK Disneyland. Staff are friendly. Not a lot of options for eating - we wanted just simple, but it’s more at the higher priced end of town. It’s fine, you can take a shuttle to the other Disney hotels and there are various options. Pool is excellent and has a water slide which is fun for all ages. The room is huge by HK standards. Beds were comfy and everything is super clean. Great shuttles between hotels every 30 mins and buses to the park every 10 mins....

"I stayed in Room 608. The air conditioner would not stop running and made the room extremely cold. Even after trying to adjust the temperature myself, it kept blowing cold air. It was uncomfortable, especially at night, and affected my sleep. The hotel should inspect and repair the air conditioning system. Overall, my stay was okay, but this issue is why I’m giving 3 out of 5 stars"
