The hotel is located near Victoria Park and the center of the shopping district and tourist attractions. It’s close to all public transportation. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed their breakfast and had a pleasant stay. The hotel rooms are small but clean. The bathroom needs upgrade.

We loved the location of the hotel! Easily accessible to shopping, food and tourist areas. The hotel itself is very tired and needs a makeover. Having said that, having connecting rooms was a bonus as the room is small for 3 people, 2 rooms was great!

The breakfast buffet was great. It has all the standard items for an English, American, Continental or Cantonese breakfast. Only hard-boiled eggs which makes better sense in a buffet than fried or soft-boiled eggs. I am not sure if they had congee every day. They seemed to alternate beteeen congee, oatmeal and hot soymilk.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean and solid room for the price, good view of the water from the room, convenient location with tram/ding ding right outside and MTR station only <10 min walk away. I had a pleasant stay at Rosedale, conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from Causeway Bay MTR Station (Exit F1). The room was well-maintained and very clean, which made for a comfortable experience. The housekeeping lady did a splendid job throughout my stay. The reception team was efficient and attentive, with a special mention to Beata for her great service. The lobby staff were also polite and welcoming. Overall, excellent service across the board.
