"The Caboose was such a memorable stay and James was so helpful and accommodating. The property is conveniently located 2 minutes from the train station and a short walk to the lovely town centre with several restaurants, shops, cafes and pubs minutes away. A visit to the Salisbury Cathedral was recommended by James and I would agree that it is a must see in Salisbury. I would recommend the Caboose without reservation."

"The hotel locates just beside the river, with a vast lawn, great for kids to play. The are ducks and swans in the river. Walking distance to the cathedral. Lovely to have breakfast outside."

"Lovely setting, great welcome, food superb, staff friendly and helpful We had the suite (kingfisher) which was an excellent room except for a radiator being stuck on in the bathroom. The lady in charge (lovely lass) managed to get it sorted as the outside temp was up in the 30’s!!! If I have any criticism of the room, a little use of bleach would have gone a long way but please don’t let that put you off. The place is very very good. "The property was very clean and comfortable and the staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Just a couple of observations . If a client is using derogatory foul audible language aimed at women in the bar area they should be asked to stop by the manager/bar tender - it’s not pleasant to be subjected to this if you’re sitting quietly trying to enjoy your own drink . It would be great value & a positive accolade for a simple continental breakfast to be included in the nightly rate instead of...

"They didn’t tell us they didn’t have any room on the ground floor day one when I had booked the hotel and requested a ground floor room for our disabled friend. But when the day came, they sent an email and said they haven’t had any room in the round floor and they were going to prepare one for us with on top £40.
