Our Terrace Suite was exceptional. It was spacious, immaculately presented and finished to a very high standard. The private terrace was a wonderful place to relax after a day exploring Northumberland and really made our stay feel extra special.
The standout feature, though, was the staff. Every single member of the team we met was warm, welcoming and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great stay.
