"Convenient location. Very easy to find. Beds were a little hard for me, but I had lumbar surgery so I like a VERY soft bed. I loved the setup of the room, super well laid out for a couple to share. Plenty of outlets. Unfortunately we got locked out of our room due to the lock malfunctioning and it took about an hour to get back into our room. While I was incredibly angry and frustrated (it was 10pm and I was exhausted) the staff was so helpful and tried their absolute hardest to get us into our room. Shout out to the maintenance man and the front desk guy who spent the whole hour helping us and ultimately got us in. We appreciate how much you cared and worked to help us go to bed. They said we would get some points (havenβt seen those yet, but I know that can take time). The staff in this hotel is seriously the best. Highly recommend them. Everything was clean, room was clean and spotless and common areas were clean. Air/heat worked great."

"The reviews about smells are accurate....there are some weird smells in elevator. Nothing crazy or bad enough to make your regret life choices. There are no smells in the room. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. No doubt this will be our place to stay when we come to Raleigh."
