"We stayed here based on proximity to I90. Our check in was quick and very friendly! Our room was impeccibly clean and more equipped than we expected. We checked in after dark, so the well lit parking lot was a bonus. Breakfast was prompt, fresh and delicious. Would stay again!"

"I arrived in my room and immediately noticed several ladybugs flying around and gathering on the windows. When I went to get into bed, I found what appeared to be a bloody booger on the sheet, as well as a yellow stain on the mattress. I went to the front desk to request a room change. While the new room did not have ladybugs or visible stains on the sheets, the comforter had multiple brown stains. I called the front desk again to request a replacement comforter, but unfortunately, the second...

"Got to the hotel after our flight from London at 12 as we’d been booked for 3 weeks in advance. Got to property by taxi because the shuttle driver had just not turned up! Then we arrived and front desk told us that they’d oversold and we had no room. It was 1 AM and we got told we had to go to another hotel. The girl at the desk was lovely and sorted our hotel and aloft have said they will cover it. Was incredibly shocked and disappointed."

"The common areas were well cleaned and maintained, however the room we stayed in had a dirty/sticky carpet, the shower/toilet didn’t seem like it was cleaned recently"

"Room was clean. The beds could use a refresh as they were a little flat and hard for my liking. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options."

"Updated, clean and good amenities. I like more power in my shower, no in room safe and the auto close bathroom door was a bit of an experience, but otherwise no criticisms. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious for two people, pool was great and there is an exercise room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking lot on property and was well lit. Starbucks and McDonald’s are a 5 minute walk if you didn’t want to eat onsite at their restaurant. Good experience!"

"Front desk staff were very pleasant and friendly. The room was beautiful and impeccably clean. We enjoyed the breakfast very much. We enjoyed drinks and dinner and it was all fantastic!"

"We booked the glen room, which had a two person jetted tub. The tub was a nice extra for sure. The bathroom and room were clean, plenty of towels, clean bedding. Staff was very friendly and helpful."
