"Excellent hotel!!! Very clean, cozy, and updated in every way, from the rooms, hallways, elevator, and lobby. Only one thing to be aware of. It does say “Downtown” in the name, so we booked it thinking it was walkable to the DT area. It’s not and requires a ride to get to DT. Other than that, great hotel, highly recommend!"

"I wasn’t expecting maid service for a two day stay but my room was made up and spotless after we returned from our day visiting friends. Everything was covered in pollen outside and could have benefited from a hosing down, but since it’s been so dry, maybe it’s a water shortage issue. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff was busy with refilling and cleaning."

"Love this property, but has slipped a bit. Not as clean as usual, and starting to show some wear. Shower was not 100% clean and shower head would not work well. Carpets are getting quite worn. Love the room set up and very comfy beds. Staff is awesome."

"Enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again. We travelled with our dog and the staff was very accomodating. NOTE: The exterior and first floor of the building are being renovated. This did not at all affect the quality of our stay, but it is a bit messy at the moment. "
