"Great place to stay when in Asheville! "

"Housekeeping issue. Sheets sticky at bottom and floor towel for shower was thrown on sink "

"Hotel was undergoing renovations. Not the best appearance. Nonetheless, the floor we were assigned was fully renovated. (3rd floor) Rooms were perfect and new. Very clean. Only inconvenience, they smelled like fresh paint. "

"Had no issues, other than I found some gross hairballs stuck to a couple of my towels. I know mistakes happen, so this isn’t a big deal. Otherwise, A grade stay. Staff wise, there was a certain morning crew person on breakfast was a little rude, but she could have had a bad morning. There was also a very pleasant gentleman that offset this. Overall, I had a good stay and will be staying here again on my next trip."

"The continental breakfast is nothing special but gets the job done, cereal, muffins, waffle maker, juice, coffee, and yogurt. Room was clean and included a mini fridge and microwave which is a huge plus. AC unit kept rattling but that might of just been my room. Overall, it was a good experience."

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Biltmore village B&B! We stayed in the Carolina cottage, and it was pristine, loved the bathtub and comfortable bed! We also loved being close to everything!"

"Very clean room. Suite was spacious for our family of 6. Had everything we needed for the night. Pool was fun. Breakfast was ok. Check in went smoothly. Ample parking and great location. Plenty to do in the area and many dinner options. "

"The stay was excellent. The hotel staff was friendly (Finn), the room was nice and clean. I think that I was near the elevators, so I heard that commotion as people started waking up. I won't hold it against the hotel :-). I enjoyed my stay. The hotel has a pool, hot tub, breakfast for $17 person, really good, bar, area for kids to watch TV. Really nice. Plus, a Starbucks right in front. I mean come on - how great!"
