Perfect place to enjoy the Aurora!
The property is located in a very picturesque place. You have a lot of privacy and the perfect place to enjoy the Aurora! Well equipped. We stayed two nights. 15 minutes drive to Höfn. The local pool is very nice too.

Do it yourself rental
Be aware you have to put sheets on the bed & take off. Clean the bathroom, kitchen, sweep. Nothing is done for you, all do it yourself. Very disappointing for what we paid.

Simple but cozy, with amazing pastoral views. All you need is there. Easy clean up like washing dishes after yourself, putting bedding away and vacuuming , was not an issue.

My family loved the cottage, especially the field of horses right in front of the porch. Great view and location for our road trip, very quiet. I received the combi ation to the door and was happy with how easy it was to access. It was an easy location to find. I certainly recommend this property.

Very scenic setting! Lovely view from the sitting area. You will find everything you need. If you are lucky, the horses will arrive on the neighboring property and let you feed them some oats.

The cabin itself is lovely and is in a beautiful location. It is comfortable and well appointed The listing did not indicate that guests would be responsible for Cora’s I guess the property upon departure (vacuuming, stripping beds, cleaning the bathroom) It indicated the property was professionally cleaned and upon arrival we learned that the cleaning was done by the last guest. Showers were not disinfected, etc.

The property was not "professionally cleaned" as advertised. A detailed list of what the guests were expected to clean prior to departure was in the cabin (toilets, floors, showers, etc) or incur a 60 Euro cleaning fee. This was never indicated on the reservation or booking info. Beds were not made up and we had to find our own sheet and make the beds.

Cute little property. Didn’t specify on Expedia that we were responsible to clean bathrooms ourselves. Expedia said it was professionally cleaned but I now know it was just done but the guest before me which is gross considering the price for it. Toilet,shower, floors. I had to make my own beds. Taking out trash, cleaning my own dishes and stripping beds is fine. Knowing I had to clean at the end of my trip pissed me off. Even hostels don’t make you sweep and mop floors. If we didn’t do it another 60 euros would be charged. Not specified on booking site.

Beautiful place YOU have to clean.
The place was really nice and nice view. The down side is you walk in to a sign in all red telling you that you have to make the bed, unmake the bed, sweep and mop the floor, clean the toilets and shower, etc or you'll be charged a 60 euro fee. I've never been asked to clean the toilet or even make the bed in any lodging ever in my life. It was a little off putting.

Positif : une vue véritablement exceptionnelle ; un endroit calme; une grande chambre ); Négatif : un bien géré de toute évidence par une entreprise (ménage approximatif fait par les occupants précédents …) ; la pièce principale trop petite lorsque le chalet est occupé par 4 personnes (= lorsque le canapé lit est déplié, impossible de circuler autour et encore moins de prendre des repas)

Nichts war vorbereitet. Die Unterkunft schmutzig. Haare überall, sogar im Kühlschrank und der Besteckschublade. Betten müssen selber bezogen und abgezogen wwrden. Ok, aber NICHT zu diesem Preis!

Communication très difficile avec l’établissement. Aucune info de check in ne nous avait été envoyée alors qu’il n’y a aucune réception sur place en raison d’un problème de carte de pré paiement que l’établissement n’a pas pu débiter avant notre arrivée. Aucun numéro de téléphone pour les joindre. Rideaux cassés et housses de couettes et coussins manquants pour le canapé lit. Inadmissible

賞極光的好地點
房間舒適，廚房用品齊全方便，但鍋具清潔度不佳！需要自己鋪床單與枕巾，還需要自己將垃圾拿到附近的垃圾桶丟，此點較不方便些！
