Please note that we operate a 5 acre property. One of the main feature of the property is that we have wild life animals (birds, wallabies, turbo chuck) living on the property grounds. It is the experience that guest enjoyed. They however do come with operating bottoms, and thus have droppings on the back garden (not on the front patio where all outdoor amenities are). The pool and hot tub are closed and clearly stated on the property listing. Other than stack woods for the fire place and tree branches in the back garden, we do not have any other rubbish on the property ground. We maintain a high standard cleaning throughout the property. Please be minded that as a acreage property, we might have some bugs trying to get through the front door in the autumn changing season. We understand that some people are not used to this experience. This is a last minute booking and when stated that this is not what you are looking for, we respectfully refunded your booking. However, no phone number or addresses were left with the booking. We have no way to contact you directly. We also do not have any person under this reviewed name staying at the property. Given all the facts, we think that your request and reviews are very unfair. We, however, wish you all the best.
