"This was my first homestay and I was not sure what to expect. The family really looked after me and made me feel right at home, I loved spending time here and found it a quick 5 minute walk to the Main Street of food places and cafes in the town. "

Maybe it didn’t help that we arrived at night, but the street was deserted with no street lamps and only 2 places to eat including an overpriced pizza place.
