Although it was situated in an alley and looked a bit small on the outside, this boutique hotel was a very nice place to stay in the Tan Bình district mainly for its big and modern rooms. I liked the room very much, we got a Premier Twin room with Balcony. It was spacious and nicely decorated with a modern decor. The breakfast buffet seemed small but it actually had most things I would want to eat for breakfast (only missing pancakes). My favourite part was they had made to order hot noodles every day for example pho ga or bun bo hue or hu tieu nam vang and they tasted great! The staff was also very friendly. I recommend this hotel.

Convenient and pleasant enough

Choose this hotel to be close to the airport. On reflection for the price maybe I could have had a more luxurious experience with a wider search area as an extra 10-20 minute ride would not be much of an issue. It's fine though. Pleasant spare seeming room. Balcony is ok. Staff is helpful. Breakfast is adequate. It's on a side street so that's a bit of a quiet oasis in hcmc.

Quiet location close to the airport

We only were here for one night nd arrived late. They were quite helpful and let us check out late. The area is ok, but convenient to the airport. Breakfast could have been better, but was ok. Overall quiet place, which is hard to find in the city.

Medium sized business hotel near SGN airport.

Solid VN business hotel. Relatively new. Appeals to mostly locals and surrounding countries. Breakfast (included) is VN standard w noodles and eggs on order. Short hours 6:30-9:30. Rooms are clean, twin elevators but only steps from street level and no bellman. Althpight front desk was very willing to help. Near airport and convenient yet not really walkable.

TERRIBLE, DO NOT STAY HERE 1500 character limit here is not enough, but I'll post this wherever I can... The nightmare. Our grab driver has trouble finding the place since the entrance is VERY dimly lit and down a dark street. Neighborhood: 1 star Lobby/Check-in: dark, very uncomfortable. Lobby: 1 star Room: moldy, musty smell. Hallway smelled just as bad. Demanded another room. Room: 1 star Cleanliness: ? We have family matters to tend to so we leave the room and head to our family's house until the following afternoon. Day 1.5 - we get back to the room at 1pm only to find ALL the rooms doors & windows on the 5th floor are wide open, yet the odor is still in the hallway and in our room. Apparently no one else is staying on the 5th floor since they're able to do this? At that point, it's DEFINITELY time to check out... Total time spent in the facility: 1 hour. Facility: 1 star Wish I could give negative or no stars. This was the worst 'hotel' I've stayed at in my life. Such a dark place gave such a negative vibe. Facility and room wasn't clean at all. The location was in this dimly lit neighborhood that had no activity as far as street food or otherwise. You can easily find better hotels for this price point or less in Saigon, it's not that hard. Avoid this place at all costs, it's not worth getting sick while you're trying to enjoy a trip. I pray Expedia or other app has a legit way to check on this property to make sure it is cleaned up or remove it from the app

Bra hotell nära flygplatsen, bra service

Trevligt hotell som ligger nära flygplatsen men annars väldigt off och dåligt utbud av restauranger i närheten. Servicen var bra men hade lite problem med språket då de inte pratade så bara engelska men det löste sig med google tanslate och entusiasm.

This small hotel has an entry foyer that is quite large. There are steel gates across the entrance that are closed each night. They open them for any late checkins. At no time did i feel unsafe in this area. I think the gates are more a tradition as all buildings here have large heavy gates. The rooms are large with a balcony. They are made over every day if you wish. The breakfast includes western style food. The shower was hot at 7;00am but by the time my wife got up at 9;00 it was cold. There was no more hot water for the rest of the day. Because this hotel is in a residential area there are dogs that will often bark late at night. On the plus side; It is very close to a hospital/clinic, good shops and it is a short walk to Cho ( market ) Pham Van Hai. This is an unsung gem. It is a general market used by the locals. My face was the only white one the day i went. There was no one hassling me and the prices were lower than at the famous Cho Ben Than. Eateries are everywhere. In short; it is a good hotel in the heart of the real Ho Chi Minh City.

Nice and quite hotel

Nice boutique hotel. Clean and comfortable. Only 10mins drive from the airport. So Royal Dragon is a good place to stay for a short business trip. Breakfast is simple but good enough. If in room could provide free bottled water and coffee sachets that would be great! Quite a lot of restaurants within the areas in 10-15 minutes walking distance.

1. 바구니가 있어 벗은 속옷, 양말을 넣어놨는데, 말도 없이 가지고가 빨래비용을 달라고 함. 호텔 내규라고 하고, 어쩔수 없다고 돈달라고 함. 2. 호텔닷컴을 통해 예약했는데, 익스피디아 닷컴통해 예약했다고 함. 동료 1박 취소 요청했으나 , 거절당함. 오전타임 신입사원은 환불가능하고 함. 3, 외진 곳이라 한국식당은 1개 있으나, 택시기사가 잘 못찾아옴.

Barely come back

Located in a quiet alley but dogs barked all the time. It's very annoying, especially in the early morning. We can tell just done the rennovation for room. Modern style and nice bed. But the floor is quiet dusty that friend and I couldn't send for but mop the floor twice by our own BKFT is very simple. Not buffet style and u can only choose one set out of options. Staff at reception can't really speak/listen English well. Miscommunication also brought inconvenience to the trip. Close to airport, 10 mins drive

stayed overnight while flying in and out of HCMC. Beautiful hotel, found some decent restaurants fairly quickly in the area, breakfast was MEH. Very comfortable beds, etc
