From the moment I checked in, the staff set the tone - warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. That level of service carried throughout my stay, but one moment really stood out. While I was swimming, the poolside staff quietly placed a glass of ice water by my bench without me even asking. It was a small gesture, yet incredibly thoughtful and indicative of their attention to detail. Breakfast was easily the highlight. The banh mi pork was one of the best I’ve had in town. For dinner, Square One is a must-try, especially the Vietnamese spring rolls, which were executed wonderfully. The hotel strikes a great balance between classic elegance and personalized service. It’s not just luxurious, it feels intentional and heartfelt.

It’s as classic for Saigon and located well. We loved the decor and elegance. The warm greetings by staff is. Plus and they were than happy to help us and remembered our names. All the elements were there for a great hotel. I loved the quaint spa facilities. Breakfast was always satisfying and delicious. Our room was spacious and was offer to us early upon arrival. The only draw back was the hotel noises on our end of the floor. A 4 plus star is a more accurate rating. We would stay here again.

An excellent property, and likely the best hotel is Saigon. We have stayed at many others and nothing compares. Tan, who works at the pool and fitness center is amazing and made our stay extra pleasant. Thank you for an enjoyable trip. We will be back.
