Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
L'hôtel n'est pas terminée, pas en état pour recevoir des clients... Télévision ne fonctionne pas, pas de ceintre dans. Le meuble, aucune indication pour avoir de l'eau chaude et de la musique à fond dans la rue BUI VIEN jusqu'à 4h du matin...
