The room is large and located very close the heart of the city. Convenient to eat and shop. Staff is friendly and accommodating. One on the AC units went out during our stay and that was fixed immediately.

I always have a good experience at the Diamond Luxury Hotel, the staff are always pleasant and friendly. Very clean hotel and rooms have been recently renovated. I have stayed there for a few years now, during my trips to HCMC with my wife. For the price and location it's an excellent choice.

I absolutely loved the rooms and the workers there. The family that works are so lovely and I enjoyed every interaction with them and I even looked forward to them again. The rooms were well equipped, clean and cozy. The whole experience was enjoyable. If I come back to Ho Chi Minh, I will go there again!

Flooding bathroom

10/10 for the staff. The staff was super polite, friendly and nice. However, this hotel has “luxury” in the name, but it is far from that. We had the “penthouse”. It was dark, and the bathroom would flood every time you showered because it was poorly designed and built. Really awful design. This caused the floors to always be slippery and wet. On top of that you have to climb into a deep tub. Very dangerous for older people. This also caused cleanliness issues. Room was also a bit small for a “penthouse” and luxury. The price is very expensive for what you get. You could pay the same and get a much better hotel in the city in the same area. The lobby area is also super small and crowded. I feel bad for giving a low rating, because the staff was really great. But the condition of the hotel wasnt great for the price at all.

We really enjoyed our stay at luxury diamond hotel. Our room was as expected, clean and comfortable. The view from our room was nice and you can see Ben Thành market. We really liked the receptionist, Mai. She is really nice and very considerate when we asked for assistant or advice to locations of interest. We highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for location, cleanliness and close to our activities that Saigon has to offer. We will definitely book again. I highly recommend this location, in the middle of downtown. The unit on the 7th floor is far away from streets, so not noisy and better view of the city.

Overall, staffs and the owner was kind. However, does not clean as look like as the photo on the website. Whenever the elevator moves, spooky sounds shake the room. When it rains a little, it sounds loud and noisy. From outside the bath room, anyone can see silhouette of people inside. Even worse, since there is a cam, we could not shower.
