Our stay had pros and cons.
The pros: the staff were so hospitable, warm and kind! The location was central and very walkable to shopping, tourist attractions, and restaurants.
The cons: our room was disappointing. Our party had three rooms under two bookings. I think I got the wrong class of room but didn't want to say anything as we could tolerate for 3 nights. Room was grungier than expected and cleaning standard was not great. There is no soundproofing so could hear street noises and every single hallway noise, including cleaning and maintenence staff. Our room was non-smoking, but man down the hall was smoking in his room, causing the hallway to smell. Not good if you are sensitive to smoke!
Overall, as kind as the staff were and great location, I will probably try a different hotel next time.
