The place is conveniently located just a few blocks from the Ben Thanh Market place. Also, there were lots of street food and regular restaurants near the hotel which was great. The down side is that the hotel fronts a very, very busy street and crossing is almost impossible for the inexperienced. Anyone who has been to Saigon knows that motorbikes don't give the right of way to pedestrians.

GREAT LOCATION IN HCMC!!!

Great service all round! Front desk receptionist were helpful and friendly. The front door man/security was very welcoming and professional. Breakfast was very plentiful and a very welcoming staff. Cooked eggs to order. The room had a great view of the city. One housekeeping emptied our garbage but forgot to take it away. Our glasses were not cleaned daily. Great location for HCMC!!!

Needs improvement

Check in was quick and efficient. Room was on 7th floor and very quiet. Pillow was stained with blood and I asked for it to be changed. The cleaner needs some training. It should have been put in the bin! Breakfast was a shambles. Good choice of foods, but were not refilled often enough and you constantly had to ask for bowls/plates etc.

I booked through Expedia “fully refundable”, but when I had to cancel due to a medical emergency (my wife had to have urgent surgery), I was charged the full price anyway. Expedia tried to contact the hotel many times and they never returned communication. Avoid this hotel at all cost. Terrible customer service.

Sono stato molto bene. La struttura è confortevole e il personale è molto educato. In 17 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro ed è molto comodo e strategico per ogni direzione. Unica pecca colazione solo vietnamita ma comunque buona.
