Room was clean but mine didn’t have a window. Otherwise service was great. They cleaned the room daily. Also it’s in the heart of Saigon and everything was less than 20 minutes walk, the market was 2 minutes away. Overall great location and truly enjoyed my time there.

The property was bright & clean. The toilet bowl needs to be cleaned more because i saw a fainted ring of circle yellow. I like they provide face cleaner, shaver & cream that I do not see in other hotels. I heard there was screaming after 11pm the 2nd night, not sure what happening that night.

We booked a superior room with city view, and it turned out the room was very small; there is no room to move around at all. No place to stored our luggages (2 carry on), we had to put them at the walkway around the bed, and danced around them. The bathroom is also small. Staff are terrific and the location in convenience; it's walkable to Ben Thanh Market, Nguyen Hue walking street, Bui Vien night street.

We were given a smoking room when we ordered a non smoking room. Went to complain right away at the front desk and asked for a new room, she said it's a non smoking room, and offered to bring in a oil perfume to remove the smelly smoke. The smelly oil and the smoky smell made us couldn't sleep, the more you want the fan to blow it away, the more it stays. this is not a one time smoke smell, it has been many cigarettes to have caused such a strong smell. We complained again at 1AM, because we really couldn't sleep at all, we were offered another room facing the street, this room should have been given to us at the start. We order the double bed, but if it has smoking smell, we don't mind taking 2 twin beds, facing the noisy street. Good location, close to Ben Thanh, but there are many hotels nearby who have done better.
