"Upon arrival, we had no hot water for an entire 6 day stay. Luke warm on most days at best for a few minutes. Reported several times, and this was with a full? Hotel during grad week. We were there for a celebration and funeral with no choice of switching with pre paid by Expedia. Wall paper was taped up in the lobby, and falling down across from our room on a fourth floor suite. This is the Second Fairfield/Marriot we stayed at in the last few weeks with issues. MARRIOT can do better than this...

"The fan in the bathroom was extremely noisy and there was no button to turn it off. The noise was loud enough that we could hear it in the room even after closing the bathroom door."

"The facility was very clean. Our room was spacious. Bed was worn out and very lumpy! People above us had children that kept running and jumping on the floor. When I called the desk I was told they couldn’t guarantee the guests would quiet down throughout the night. Was told they could not do anything until quiet hours(10pm) and the only thing that they could do was move US to a different room. My husband was scheduled for surgery this morning and needed a good nights sleep. Highly disappointed...

"The exterior of the property is beautiful; well maintained and very clean. The lobby is clean as well. The room I stayed in was out-dated but fine. The big tub (which is in the bedroom portion of the suite) seemed to have a broken faucet so water sprayed wide and was taking forever to fill the tub so I gave up. The shower is TINY so be ready for that. The breakfast was just okay. They offered (powdered) eggs, sausage or bacon, waffles, yogurt/granola, danishes, toast, coffee and several juices....

"The TV in the room went in and out the both nights there. Plus there was a dirty water smell in the lobby. Like they used dirty mop water to clean the floor."
