"Very bright and a welcoming look when you come in. Beautiful view of the forest and if the sea. The desk staff Antonio and others very pleasant and willing to help..management seems does not listen to them..we did not like our room, it took 3 days before management listened and changed us. The kitchen/meals leave a lot to be desired. Needs to improve if they want guests to return..als I found out aftet receiving the invoice that we paid for mezza pensione..that means sbreakfast plus one meal...

"Abbiamo soggiornato solamente una notte quindi non abbiamo potuto usufruire di tutti i servizi offerti.
Per il poco che abbiamo visto però le struttura è ben organizzata e pulita ed il ristorante serve ottimi piatti e anche la pizza risulta molto buona.
La struttura è dotata di spiaggia attrezzata ben organizzata e per raggiungerla bastano 5 minuti a piedi attraverso una bella pineta.
Camere pulite e dotate di tv,aria condizionata e frigorifero.
Buona e varia la colazione.

"Great place to stay in Vivo del Garnano. Great view from the room and Matteo is a great host. He provided us with valuable information on the main attractions around our stay. The room is clean and modernly decorated with a small fridge and enough space to store your stuff.

"We were so fortunate to find the special place. The location is right next to the castle and old town and the owner owns a bar 20 feet away. The owner made extraordinary efforts to make our visit special. He treated us like royalty, like kings and queens, and is extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful.
