The staff were very accomodating. We were given an upgrade to larger room when our initial room was too small for our family. Was very impressed with their service, location was great and compliments to Biagio in the restaurant. We arrived to breakfast just as they were finishing up, but they were so accomodating and welcomed us all the same. Going the extra mile. Very happy with the service, will definitely be back again. Thank you.

One night stay on road trip. Quite bewildered by this town! Hotel old fashioned but efficient. Good breakfast good Wi-Fi. Lovely pool but you need a swimming hat. Fabulous pizza across the road left out of hotel less than five mins walk. Comfy room with balcony.

As a religious Padre Pio pilgrim, I loved all until shocked by full frontal nude painting in the same lobby as Padre Pio. This spoiled all the other wonderful things about the hotel.

fantastic family gaeaway

Our room was very comfortable and clean,toilets and baths clean,breakfasts was very good,staff and reception were very good and understanding.Our departure after 3 nights stay was at 6 a.m. the hote; staff arranged coffee and snack at 5.30 a.m. and cal;led for our taxi. We were happy at the hotel while we were there as we spent most of the day visiting the churches of Saint Padre Pio. The gift shop was good with a choice of religious articles.The Lobby was clean and comfortable.

Mancanza di pulizia.La camera che ci è stata assegnata non era proprio pulita. Abbiamo trovato capelli sul letto, macchie vicino ai muri e ,in seguito ad una pioggia abbiamo avuto un'infiltrazione di acqua dal balcone. Check-in lento.

Struttura alberghiera un po' datata. Accoglienza non proprio cortese anche se check-in fatto al limite dell' orario indicato. Colazione deludente. Macchinetta dei succhi che li erogavano abbastanza annacquati, torte confezionate non si possono vedere, e assurdo che le macchine self service del caffè, cappuccino,the ecc eroghino caffè d'orzo e non caffè vero, modello ospedale. Accettati animali ma attenzione...igienizzazione a ben 15 euro per due notti. Mah... credo la prossima volta troveremo qualcosa di meglio.

Un Hôtel où l’accueil est au rdv. Merci à Lucas pour votre gentillesse. Il faut aller au restaurant le soir ! C est super !!!! De plus le lieu est très joli. Points négatifs : gros problème insonorisation chambre, petit déjeuner très très limité pour un 4*, piscine gelée et bonnet de bain obligatoire, chiens qui aboient tout le temps, beaucoup de bruits des 6 heures du matin

Es un boutique antique hotel , muy bien conservado, lindo en el centro del pueblo de san Giovanni rotondo . Eso si , las habitaciones son pequeñas y un poco incómodas, pero para corta estancia lo recomiendo. Muy buena la atención y la comida.

Ho soggiornato con mio figlio in questo Hotel 3 giorni, camere e aree comuni molto pulite e profumate, il personale tutto molto gentile e disponibile, bella la piscina, ottimi i 2 ristoranti presenti nella struttura, sicuramente ci torneremo molto presto. Hotel très propre et bon équipement (piscine, salle de sport) petit dej très bien avec un bon service. Ce sont les seules points forts. Accueil déplorable, n'a pas voulu que je paye les taxes de séjour en CB j'ai dû insister. Attention l'hôtel fait aussi salle de réception on a eu droit a une grosse fête jusqu'à 3h du mat' avec la musique a fond et les chambres sont quasiment pas insonorisées. Clim bruyante. Pas top ça va pour une nuit mais faut pas tomber un soir de fête dans l'hôtel.

Pessima esperienza.

Esperienza del tutto negativa. La camera altro che 4 stelle io ne darei 2 in quanto scomoda e molto rumorosa in quanto vicinissima forse un compressore od altro , in pratica quasi impossibile dormire per l'eccessivo rumore. Mobili antiquati fino al punto che è caduta un'asta dell'armadio. Ristorante pessimo ad un prezzo esagerato.
