"Nossa estadia na Apple House Paraty foi simplesmente maravilhosa! Tudo superou nossas expectativas: instalações impecáveis, quartos confortáveis, áreas comuns lindíssimas e um café da manhã excelente. O spa merece um destaque especial. Carol e Deise foram excepcionais, oferecendo um atendimento acolhedor, profissional e extremamente cuidadoso. As massagens foram maravilhosas e contribuíram para tornar nossa experiência ainda mais relaxante e inesquecível. Na Recepção todos merecem destaque. Como única sugestão de melhoria, acreditamos que a qualidade do papel higiênico poderia ser melhor, pois não está à altura do excelente padrão oferecido pelo hotel em todos os outros aspectos. "My partner and I loved staying in this hotel! We felt very welcome when we first arrived with the staff being friendly and helpful. The place is beautifully decorated and feels cosy. The afternoon tea (coffee/tea and a home made cake) was lovely. The breakfast was delicious too! The location is spot on, a short walk to the beach and a short walk into old town. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"If you are looking for a place in the city where all the action is happening and close to restaurants and shops this is your place. It is in the middle of all the action yet you will never know it. The hotel is quite, clean and well maintained. The 2 swimming pools are heated the hot tubs are clean and feel great. We where lucky to find this place. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Sandi Staff for making our stay so great."

"The staff was very attentive and courteous. The property is very well maintained and the vegetation is magnificent. There is a huge focus on environmental conservation. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town within walking minutes of all the restaurants, boutiques, the port and other places of interest. During our stay the restaurant was closed for renovation and some other repair activities was ongoing. The noise was at time bothersome."

"Probably one of the nicest pousadas I have stayed at in Brazil. The property is perfectly located in the center of the city historic district. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful - even texting information such as times for massages. The room we stayed in was huge, clean, and exceptionally maintained - the shower was unbelievable! The pool and bar area extremely nice and relaxing. Breakfast was amazing - fresh and had offerings such as rabanada and bolinha da chuva which I have not seen offered at other pousadas or hotels I have stayed at. I love the city of Paraty and Porto Imperial will be the place I stay whenever I return. I could not find one thing wrong or one thing needed for improvement during our stay!"
