"The breakfast was good-cooked there by staff and not "hospital eggs." The staff member serving breakfast was not very pleasant.There was a Mother's Day event going on that we were not aware of when we booked the room. The entire mezzanine was completely crowded with people there for the event and apparently the pool had been rented out for the event and was completely crowded. By the time the event was over, the pool and hot tub closed and we weren't able to use them. When we arrived there was no place to park our vehicles due to the event going on. One elevator was out of order and when we checked in, there didn't seem to be staff who knew where the elevator was.The room was ok-some of the people we were with did not have a working TV. "

"This hotel is wonderfully appointed- Fabulous reception area - They have an evening reception (not sure it is every night but was on our stay) - two free drinks each and nibbles. The rooms are huge and have all mod con amenities. Located near the baseball park for the Amarillo Minor league team. Staff weee lovely would absolutely recommend"

"Laura at check in and out was so very welcoming.....our room was just wonderful....it had everything we needed plus....the beds ard bedding were comfortable....the room was spotless ....I loved to design of the room.... as a traveler there was a spot for everything.....thank you Holiday Express......"

"Cable Television was awful not one channel came in without locking up. Breakfast was well stocked, room was clean. We had no problem with it but there was no elevator only stairs. We heard several people complaining about it. Staff was friendly."

"The place was really nice and clean. A place I would bring my kids to next time. Parking could be a bit difficult if they're full, but overall really good place to stay."

"This is our 2nd time staying at this property. We love the suite and the overall cleanness but the bath tubs need to be recoated to look better . Thanks but will stay again but hoping next visit it will be a super white tub."
