"Overall staff were/are amazing. Be careful of the beachside bars if ordering food and you have a gluten allergy. Not all waiters understood the issue and ordering was difficult. The finer dining restaurant servers are well versed in food intolerance/allergies and the meals were/are amazing. Everyone, from check in to gardeners to bartenders were friendly and strived to make our stay amazing."

"Nuestra estadía fue excelente de principio a fin. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, amplias y siempre estuvieron impecablemente limpias. Las instalaciones del hotel se encuentran bien cuidadas y el ambiente es agradable y acogedor. Quiero destacar especialmente el trato amable y profesional de todo el personal, quienes siempre nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos. Sin embargo, merece una mención muy especial Marleni, una persona excepcional. Desde nuestra llegada estuvo siempre atenta a cada detalle, pendiente de nuestras necesidades y dispuesta a ayudar con una sonrisa. Su amabilidad, dedicación y calidez humana hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más especial. Personas como ella marcan la diferencia y reflejan el verdadero espíritu de servicio del hotel. En general, el hotel es excelente y sin duda lo recomendaríamos a familiares y amigos. Como sugerencia de mejora, consideramos que las actividades de recreación podrían ser más variadas, especialmente en el área de la piscina, para ofrecer una experiencia aún más entretenida a los huéspedes. Agradecemos al equipo por unas vacaciones maravillosas y esperamos regresar pronto."
