"First time in DR and i absolutely loved this hotel. I would recommend and would enjoy staying here again. First i was fretting enthusiastically by hotel staff. Received a free room upgrade with a private pool. Now, not everything is always perfect all the time. The shower drain did clog and flood the restroom but it was fixed when the housekeepers came to clean our room. The buffet was good, i was only able to try the Peruvian and Teppanyaki restaurant both were good. I love that hotel is not as big as other ones, the second pool is where i spent most of my time tanning, perfect for those enjoying vacation without kids. The beach access is beautiful also, i did spend a couple mornings watching the sunrise with a walk along the beach. Hotel staff was awesome the bartenders at the pool also have such fun and welcoming energy."

"La comida muy buena, muy conveniente el transporte interno para las habitaciones y restaurantes. La piscina limpia y los alrededores. El teatro estuvo cerrado excepto el 5 de mayo que hicieron el show de michael jackson(nos fuimos, repetian lo mismos bailes y musica y el sonido tenia demasuado bajo y las voz no se entendia. Volveria con la familia, es nuestra segunda vez. Les falta un parque acuatico."

"Unfortunately this place is dirty and run down. Food is just kind of OK. Entertainment crews were nice and really tried to make everyone have fun. A lot of misunderstandings and lack of attention from other staff members. "

"We have gone to Serenade all suites and the family side as well 5 times now and this last visit was disappointing..The food wasnt great at all sometimes not even good , Some staff not all but still some were rude and its just so boring there now barely any activities at all ."

"Loved the cleanliness and aesthetic of the resort. It is a huge resort with so much to do. The food is decent as well as the service. My only wish is that we could be serviced with food/drink on the beach. Drink service only is provided by the pool and food cannot be taken outside of restaurants and buffets."
