Ocean El Faro Resort - All Inclusive

"Love how clean this resort is maintained; however, I think the pool needs some maintenance (main pool) the overall experience was great. Food was awesome, the Mexican restaurant was our favorite. Great quality and the staff was lovely! We enjoyed all the amenities. Mikes coffee shop was our “chill” spot and the ladies were great. This is our 5th time in punta Cana and I can tell that this is the resort where the entertainment team was literally lost. The only activity at the pool was the aerobics at the pool and the foam party (once)… I think they should come up with more way to entertain specially at night time. They only had two shows during the week we stayed. The rock show was awesome, I wish they were more. Overall, it was a nice resort to spend a week at and relax."

"From check-in to the daily activities, spa experience, private pool, and especially the staff, everything was beyond exceptional. The level of service made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our entire stay. A special shoutout to Yari, the Entertainment Manager, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely excited to see us every day. She always went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured we had the best experience possible. This place is truly paradise. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back—next time, we’ll definitely be staying longer!"

"Food quality and variety was excellent for adults and kids! The pools and beach were the best we experienced- and we travel a lot with kids ranging between 9-11years. The kids club was ok. We noticed very lean staffing in 2026. Had to move luggage to and from rooms ourselves. No real bell boys or staff to give tour of facilities or amenities. Only 2 concierge for ENTIRE resort…so we had to figure things out ourselves. The facility is very large and spread out. Lots and lots of walking….again very lean staffing. Felt bad for house keeping staff…they just couldn’t get to all rooms routinely during our 6 day stay. Overall though, an excellent resort."
