"Unfortunately, the property was noisy all night. Seems like the hotel doesn't have noise reduction walls.
I heard everything, from doors opening and closing to people walking on the upper level and my own level, and showers running throughout the night.

"Check-in was a nightmare, how in the world to you give me a room that's already occupied. I finally got the room I paid for on the 3rd attempt. Not enough beach umbrellas. Natasha the cook, Nelson the bartender and Danilo the porter all 5 stars employees. The nightly bar is way too small for a resort of this size, waiting time for drinks is unacceptable.
