Although our overall experience was excellent, I would like to share three constructive suggestions that could further enhance the quality and standards of the resort:
1. Ceiling Fans in Guest Rooms: We stayed on the third floor, and our room did not have a ceiling fan; would be a great improvement for guests' comfort.
2. Consistency in Cocktail Preparation: I would recommend ensuring that bartenders follow standardized recipes when preparing cocktails. We noticed that the same cocktail could taste quite different depending on which bar we ordered it from.
3. Expiration Date Checks at the Breakfast Buffet: On two separate days, we found expired yogurt products at the breakfast buffet. It is extremely important to reinforce the monitoring of expiration dates and proper product rotation to ensure food freshness, quality, and guest safety.
These observations are intended as constructive feedback and do not take away from our wonderful overall experience. Excellence Punta Cana has so much to offer, and addressing these details would only strengthen the exceptional standards guests expect from a resort of this caliber.
