Lovely room. Nice seperate living and sleeping area. Really enjoyed morning coffee on the patio. Less than 15min walk to the main train station and tram stations. Staff was very nice and helpful.

It has a family owned feel with plenty of personal touches like a local lemonade and sake drinks, and photo to remember the trip by. Additionally, it is an easy 13 minute walk from the Hiroshima train station and all the major tourist spots. I definitely recommend!!

This is a great place - we had a lovely 2 night stay as a family of 4. The service is personal and thoughtful, and the room was clean and spacious. The complementary sake tasting was a real bonus! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hiroshima.

Very cozy hotel

This is a great small and cozy hotel, rooms are big, with a sofa, table, fridge and all necessary things to be confortable during your stay, the hosts were very kind. Bed are ok!!

Excellent hotel, room, check in staff and bagels!

Very nice little hotel with excellent desk staff who were very helpful and are there 8am-10pm, something which is becoming rare in Japan these days. We ordered the breakfast bagels which were fantastic - they came in a beautiful basket with granola, yogurt, cream cheese, jam etc and was one of the highlights of our stay. It seems like a small thing but they were so well done and so beautifully presented that it really was a highlight! Room was perfect, looked brand new and well appointed. Would highly recommend.

Pretty clean and nice property. It’s not very close to Hiroshima station but a 15-20 minute walk along a river path. The rooms are spacious for a family of 4 or less. Very clean high tech bathroom. There is no breakfast but you can request it to be arranged for a fee. We didn’t try that option. Overall a nice and clean property. No laundry at the property.

I liked the hospitality of the staff. The front desk sat us down on check in and went over everything and even gave all of us (5) a glass of lemonade. Breakfast was available each morning for a small fee and they have a sake tasting event every night. The one issue we had was addressed right away, so not worth mentioning. Only down side is it's a moderate walk to Hiroshima or the first street car on the other side of the river. There is a bus stop another street over and two blocks down though. Bottom line though...I would certainly stay here again. The price was reasonable and the staff made it a pleasant experience.

Wer nicht ganz im Zentrum wohnen möchte ist hier genau richtig, grosse Zimmer ( mit Vorraum ) tolle Ausstattung und super sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, klare Empfehlung. Um die Ecke ist ein fantastischer Okonomiyaki Laden , unbedingt ausprobieren

赤ちゃんの子連れでも最高のお宿でした！！ ベッド➕お布団までお借りできて、のびのび寝ることができました。 スタッフの方の対応も凄くご丁寧にでした！ 1つ叶うのであればホテル専用の駐車場があると更に最高だなと思いました。 近くにコインパーキングがいくつかありますが、野球開催時は駐車場探しがなかなか難しかったです。 でもまたリピートして宿泊したいお宿になりました★

今回も楽しい滞在になりました◎

朝食なしプランでしたが、お部屋内にホテル周辺の朝食を提供している飲食店がまとめてある冊子があり、非常に参考になりました。さらに、和食や洋食でまとめてある点に驚きました。 また、夕方から夜にかけて実施されているお酒のテイスティングでノンアルコールドリンクもあり、利用しやすかったです。 一点、お部屋内の空気清浄機（加湿器）が少し生乾きのような匂いがしていたのが気になりました。加湿器の設置はとても嬉しいものなので、可能であれば改善していただけるとさらに快適に過ごせるようになるかなと思いました。 今回の宿泊は、2回目でしたが、改めて友人や家族と過ごすのにぴったりなホテルだと感じました。宿泊前から手続きや広島のおすすめなどの問合せにもすぐ対応していただけて、嬉しかったです。 今後また友人たちと広島で過ごす予定がある場合は、ぜひ宿泊を検討したいと思います。

小さな縁日や地酒を飲ませてくれたり、小さなスペースで客を楽しませようとしてくれているのはすごく伝わりましたが、ラウンジが狭いのでうまく楽しめなかったのが残念でした。各自、部屋で楽しめるサービスに力をいれた方がよいと思いました。ボードゲームやカードゲームは、部屋で家族で楽しめたので、旅先で忙しい日常ではできない遊びができたのでよかったです。
