It was well organized and very clean. There was a nearby onsen I took a bath at so I didn't use the shower. But they had a blow-dryer, cotton pads, and cotton swabs. They also have small lockers for you to put your valuables in. I stayed only for a night but the quality of the service and accomodation made me wish I stayed for longer. I only wish the pillow was softer since I had come back from a long hike. Otherwise no complaints here.

女性用ドミトリーの階は便利。

インテリアが黒を基調としていて落ち着きます。女性用ドミトリーの階にはトイレとシャワールーム、洗面台がすぐ近くにあり、便利でした。暖房が効きすぎていて暑かったので調節したいとスタッフの方に言ったら、洗面台のある共有スペースにリモコンがあると教えてくれ、調節できました。浄水器や浄水ポットがあるとうれしいです。

Polite & Kind Staff / 親切でご丁寧な対応

I left my charger in the bed, but I didn't realize at check-out. But when I picked up my luggage in the night, I received the one as folded beautifully. No doubt the staff including cleaning staff here are kind and polite! / ベッドに充電器を忘れてしまい、チェックアウトの時には気づきませんでした。ですが夜、預け荷物を取りに行ったら、スーツケースの上にきれいに折り畳まれた私の充電器がありました。清掃スタッフの方も含め、ご丁寧＆親切な対応だなあと思いました。

Too expensive for what you get

We stayed at private room which is right next to the lounge room with tv so we could hear everything that’s happeneing on that floor. The receptionist was not so polite. It’s too expensive for what you get. There are way better backpackers anywhere else. It’s a bit of a shame to be honest.
