"Room bed was not what we booked. They cannot change the bed for only one of the room. Out of good will we requested for a single mattress to be place on the floor. The hotel insisted on charging fir the extra bed. So disappointed n not stay in this hotel again !!! "

"Mr. Joe & his staff was so friendly & helpful. I've stay for 3day & 2 night. The surrounding was good & the breakfast also very nice . Only a few things I think that they can improve is to provide a tea/coffe & mug in the room because they provide cattle but no mug provided. I have to borrow from the cafe & also the television on my room is not function properly. The channel sometimes got sometime none. But overall is ok & the pool also good . "THE HOTEL QUITE OK, BUT HOTEL.COM CHARGED ME VERY, VERY UNREASONABLE PRICE, YOU CHARGED ME RM 918.00 COMPARE TO RM 762.00 IF I DEAL DIRECT WITH THE HOTEL, AND YOU MADE ME CONFUSE COZ U CHARGE ME IN US DOLLAR, WHEREAS I THOUGHT IN RM. I WILL NEVER NEVER DEAL WITH YOUR COMPANY NEXT TIME. "
