"Really nice hotel with very friendly staff. Bit of a strange set up concierge on ground floor with reception on the 7th. (Parking level 8). Nice area for kids near reception with lego for them to play with. Room had lots of space only have two complaints - Shower drain was blocked and had hair init. Room had a slightly off smell abit like stale fags. Outside of hotel has alot to be desired as there is still alot of building works ongoing."

"The property needs a face lift as do the rooms, but it was comfortable enough for one night. Annoying emergency green light above the door that shines straight through the room not making it dark to sleep well. Pillows not comfortable for me too flat"

"Excellent staff, very helpful and polite. The only problem I had was that drawing the curtains in my room was very challenging as the rings on the curtain pole didn’t glide smoothly and you had to wrench the curtain closed and open. Food was excellent and the room was quiet overlooking a peaceful garden. A good 4 out of 5."

"Another lovely stay at the Harbour Hotel, loved the newly refurbished room. Genny, front of house was wonderful and accomodating, thank you. "
