"The frontdesk staff are polite and helpful. The room is great - spacious, clean and has great amenity. It has a continuously filled and always hot onsen which is super convenient, and we enjoyed it a lot. The breakfast was good in terms of variety and the quality. It is pricy but I don't feel my money is wasted."

"Wow! High class, great service, great food, amazing staff! From the time we set foot on property, we were treated like royalty! The room was large and well appointed. The canopy bed was something! Do note that the location is up on the hill/mountain so you will most likely need transportation (e.g., taxi) to get there. You can easily find a taxi at Atami Station. I guess you can walk but it's pretty steep. Walking down is not a problem unless you have luggage in tow. We walked down the next day with no issues."

"Relaxing, spacious, beautiful views. Easy to take the bus downtown if you have Suica card. Breakfast has good food but is limited if you come later. They were not prepared to serve us dinner. "
