"Otele rezervasyon yapmadan önce havanın soğuk olması nedeniyle ısıtma olup olmadığını sordum. Odaların çok sıcak olduğunu belirttiler. Giriş yaptığım sırada kalabalık bir tur grubu vardı ve odalardaki kaloriferler çalışıyordu oda sıcaktı. Çevreyi gezmek için otelden ayrıldım. Akşam geri döndüğümde odadaki kalorifer çalışmıyordu.
