Resepsiyon görevlisi hanımefendinin bizi karşılaması hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Kaç saat yol gelip iyi bir şekilde konaklamak isteyen hiç kimse o şekilde bir muameleyi hak etmez. Hotels.com ve otel arasında yaşanan bir karışıklığı sürekli bize anlamıyorsunuz, anlamıyorsunuz diyerek kızgın bir şekilde yansıttı. Bize anlamıyorsunuz demek yerine sakin bir şekilde konuşsaydı zaten hiçbir sorun yoktu. Daha sonrasında böyle davranmaması gerektiğini belirttiğimizde davranışları tamamen tersine döndü. Hatta gülümsemeye bile başlamıştı. Keşke en başında bu şekilde karşılansaydık. Bir otedeki en önemli şey personellerin güler yüzü ve anlayışıdır. Odalar genel olarak ve temizdi ancak duşakabinin içindeki derzler yenilense çok daha iyi olacaktır. Ayrıca otelin otoparkı yok, oldukça kalabalık bir yerde bulunuyor bu nedenle park yeri bulmak da zordu. Girişte sorduğumuzda otelin otoparkı olmadığı, herhangi bir yere park etmemiz gerektiği söylendi. Bu konuda düzenlemeler yapılmalı ve park yeri sağlanmalıdır.

Hiçbir olumluz tarafı olmayan çok profesyonel bir deneyimdi. Odalar tertemiz tabiri caizse yatakları jilet gibiydi. Tüm mobilyalar yeni. Havadar Wcler tertemiz güzel dizayn edilmişti. Kahvaltı yeterliydi alan tertemizdi . Resepsiyondaki beyfendi ve kat görevlisi hanımefendiye destekleri için teşekkür ederim.

Karşılama evllik cüzdanı istedi, urfaya defalarca geldik kimse sormadı dediğimizde burada herkes sorar dediler. Tavırları çok çirkindi yakınlık derecemizi sorguladılar. Hotelste böyle bir zorunluluk belirtilmediğini söyledik.Rezervasyonu hotelsten uygun fiyata yaptığımız için bir kerelik otel prensibini değiştirip bizi kabul edeceklerini söylediler. Ücreti çıkışta ödememizi söyledi bir görevli. Ertesi gün gece otele döndüğümüzde başka bir vegörevli ücreti nakit istedi. Çıkışta ödeyeceğiz öyle söylendi dedik ısrar etti. Odaya çıktık gece 12 de telefonla arayıp ücreti istedi. Otel yatakları hariç fena değil fakat misasirperverliği urfaya yakışmadı.
