"second time staying here first time was great this time not so. "This hotel turned out to be quite deceiving.
From the outside it looked grand when you walk up to it, but in reality it was tired with a 70s/80s building on the side which is where we stayed.
Branded as a spa hotel, the spa side was tiny, old and very dated. The pool was very small, the jacuzzi wasnt working and empty. The sauna was tiny, with a door that was hanging off the hinges and had scraped the floor. In the changing room, very few of the lockers worked.

"We stayed for one night before an exhibition at Stoneleigh Park. It was really convenient for that venue.
