"The staff at this property were amazing, specifically Jay. There was a slight housekeeping issue when I checked in and he made sure it was taken car of promptly. Upon checkout, he remembered that I had said I didn't have an appetite for breakfast, so he packed a to-go bag for me with a few snacks so I would not be hungry later. "The people that worked there were very good to us. I feel the owner or the management of that hotel. I’d be ashamed of yourself leaving one person behind the desk 65 rooms to take care of they can’t do it. It’s very hard and they tried they did their best. That’s why I gave it a three not because of the people it’s because of the Owner and management of that hotel ought to be ashamed of themselves. They need to pay those people double pay that’s my personal opinion. Thank you."

"Staff helped us get in early which was wonderful, but this hotel is not up to typical Wyndam standards at all. The kitchen was down so no breakfast (for at least 2 weeks!) the courtyard was bare with a few broken chairs, there were people everywhere no matter what time it was, the room smelled and is so outdated. Bathroom door had water damage. We even ran into security in the elevator and we mentioned that we expected it to be nicer and he's said and I quote "this place is sh.." and that...

"Room was exceptionally clean. Staff were very polite. Old hotel that has been fully renovated. Pool looked very inviting however the weather did not cooperate. Great stay will be back."
