"We were only stopping a night, just passing through but I wouldn’t stay here again.
I was on crutches, the able bodied couple in front of us managed to get a ground floor room but I had to climb up two flights of stairs to reach our room. It was not clear when booking there wasn’t a lift.

"The property is advertised as having Air Conditioning…according to the receptionist this hasn’t worked in months and is going to cost £75,000 to get fixed!!! Instead our attic room was equipped with fans. At least we had those, we met a chap who’s room didn’t have a fan and the receptionist informed him that they didn’t have any spare so we gave him one of ours as without them it would have been unbearable during the heatwave!
