We had a great stay at the park hotel, the receptionist was so welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. breakfast was good with lots of choices. On site free parking was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again,

A nice 3 star hotel that's ideal if visiting Aintree racecourse. Nice restaurant and bar with friendly and helpful staff. Room was slightly dated, but didn't detract from our stay.

Just a nice clean hotel only had breakfast which was adequate. Not keen in leaving security deposits of £50 we are not foing to damage anything.

All good: welcoming with friendly team. Easy parking and checkin. A bit disappointed by buffet breakfast so by 0845 all dry and no chance; just some hard bacon. Maybe leave smaller pieces in trays and check more regularly. Saved by some fresh fried eggs so nice and hot. Maybe re-think the presentation for slightly of those who want a later meal? Not a fan of buffet (under the lamp!) meals but understand the reason for it. Thank you.

Staff fantastic! Clean well run hotel. Plug didn't fit the bath and could do with information pack in the room : local shops, menu, times of breakfast and restaurant times, map etc. overall I would stay there again.

Lovely stay, only small issue was could have done with more staff on at breakfast and especially at dinner. For what we needed it for (walking distancevto Aintree) it was great. Staff friendly and enjoyed our stay. Maybe the beds could fo with updating. Other than those two points absolutelty great.
